Upcoming Disney movies this year are very diverse and ineresting. And obviously, you’re a Disney movies lover, aren’t you? otherwise you wouldn’t be here.

The first upcoming Disney movie is Timmy Failure: Mistakes Were Made
The story is about a teenaged boy, who thinks he is the greatest investigator in city. He also believes he’s the boss of Total Failure Inc. Along with his partner a polar bear and his best friend Rollo Tookus.
Timmy Failure: Mistakes Were Made is a fantasy movie based on Stephan Pastis books. So far, we know that Tom McCarthy is directing the film. And the stars casting are Winslow Fegley as Timmy Failure, Ophelia Lovibond as Patty Failure (Timmy’s mother), and Craig Robinson as Timmy’s therapist.
The movie’s release date will be on January 25, 2020, and on Disney+ on February 7, 2020.
Onward
Onward is an animated fantasy movie. Kori Rae has produced this movie along with the direction of Dan Scanlon. The voice cast actors are Tom Holland as Lan Lightfoot (a teenaged elf), Chris Pratt as Barley Lightfoot (Lan’s brother) and others.
The storry sitting is a crowded world full of wonderful creatures. Using magic in such world is something ordinary. Due to that, The two brothers, Lan and Barley try to bring their father back to life by using a spell. So, would they succeed in their quest? That’s what we’re going to see on March 6, 2020, the date of release.
Stargirl
Stargirl is one of the most waited upcoming disney movies. It is based on Jerry Spinelli book. It is a drama film under direction of Julia Hart and the production of Kristin Hahn. The main actors are Grace VanderWaal (as Susan Caraway), alongside Graham Verchere (as Leo Borlock), Giancarlo Esposito (as Archie Brubaker), and others.
So the story is about Susan, a homeschooled girl who has superpowers, and happend to enter in a high school. Most of the students shun her but Leo Borlock, a normal teenager, who falls in love with her.
The movie is scheduled on March 13, 2020.
Mulan
First of all, the remake of Mulan began in 2010, unfortunatly the movie never came to an end, until February 2017. It is a War drama movie under the production of Walt Disney Pictures and the direction of Niki Caro.
The movie is based on “The Ballad of Mulan“, a Chinese folklore and a live action adaptation of disney’s animated Mulan (1998). The actors are Liu Yifei (as Mulan), Donnie Yen (as Commander Tung), Jet Li (as the Emperor), and others.
The tale started back in the ages of the great chinese empire. Its emperor issues a decree, stating that in every family, one man must obligatory serves as a soldier in the Imperial Army. Disguised as a man, Mulan took the place of her sick father in the Army, and so, she started an adventure where she will discover her true capacities.
Mulan is expected to be theatrically released in the United States on March 27, 2020.
Artemis Fowl
The film is based on Eoin Colfer books, under the direction of Kenneth Branagh. The movie stars Ferdia Shaw (as Artemis Fowl), Lara McDonnell (as Holly Short), Nonso Anozie (as Domovoi Butler), and others.
Artemis is a 12 years old boy, with extraordinary intelligence and a descendent of a line of criminal masterminds. Hence, he tries to locate his father who has disappeared in mysterious circumstances.
Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures will release the movie on May 29, 2020.
Soul
Soul is an animated fantasy comedy movie. The production is by Pixar Animation Studios for Walt Disney Pictures and the direction is by Pete Doctor. The voice cast actors are Jamie Foxx (as Joe Gardner), Tina Fey (as a soul), Questlove (as Curly), and others.
Joe Gardner, the hero of the story, is a middle school teacher of music who loves Jazz. He will accidently lost his soul in an opening act of juzz musicians. His soul will be transported then to the “You Seminar”, a center in which souls develop and gain passions before being transported to a newborn child.
Soul‘s date of release is on June 19, 2020.
